Blackjack

A simple version of blackjack. 

- Ties result in a house win 

- Aces count as high unless it would cause you to bust, in this case, they count as low. 

- Aces currently cannot be split

- Getting a blackjack on the deal doesn't automatically result in a win - this will be adjusted later.
